Helen Macpherson trading as In Bloom Brain Health (ABN 36 871 767 973) (“In Bloom Brain Health” “us”, “we”, “our”), complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”) and the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act, together with the Health Records (Privacy and Access) Act 1997 (ACT) (“Health Records Act”) and the applicable Privacy Principles in the Health Records Act when handling health information. We also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) to the extent it applies.

Health information includes any information collected about  health or disability, and any information collected in relation to a health service a person may  have received (“Health Information”), including information about medical conditions or allergies/intolerances, medical history including injuries.

For individuals:  Our ability to provide you with the services require is dependent on us being able to collect personal information about you. For organisations, companies and other entities, we may collect health information about your clients in order to provide our services, including to verify and assess the outcomes of services provided.

If you do not provide us with all the information we request, we may not be able to deliver our Services.

We utilise third party software systems as part of our service delivery to you. Your Personal Information will generally be held in your client file, and may also be held in a computer database. At all times, your data is under our control and we take all reasonable measures to protect it.
